iDry is a free app that helps you overcome urinary incontinence (UI). It lets you easily log events, track your progress, predict your future success, identify and measure factors that affect your UI, and share your progress with your doctor.

iDry gives you an incredibly easy and discreet way to log your UI events when they occur - just a few seconds every time you change a pad or diaper. Then, iDry uses your log data and its built-in database of hundreds of pad and diaper brands to shows you in detail the progress you are making in overcoming your UI, including the date when, if trends continue, you will be completely dry. Also, iDry shows you exactly how your incontinence is affected by various interventions such as exercises, behaviors, diets, drugs, devices, and medical procedures.

The free version gives you all the logging, reporting, forecasting and research tools that you need. Or you can upgrade to the premium version to unlock iDrys advanced features:

- create your own interventions
- create your own pad types
- email charts and log data
- get reminders to do Kegel exercises or anything else you like
- get access to advanced charts including "Pad Changes by Hour", "Progress by Pads Used" and "Weekly Detail"

iDry runs on the iPhone, iPad, and iPod Touch. When using on the iPad, dont forget to tap the 1x/2x button in the lower right corner to enlarge the image to full screen.

Users love iDry, and you will too! "Among the sea of useless apps, iDry is a beacon of purpose.", says a recent review in www.healthtechzone.com.
